Again...LOL....hopefully for the next 32ish weeks this time

I am not sure how many are still here from when I had Matthew. My labor with him was NOT what I planned. I have done NCB before and was 100% sure I could do it again. It didn't work out. Anyways....

I decided to do some searching for a NCB friendly doc and hospital. I posted here a few weeks back and got some great suggestions. One was to ask a local AP group... which I did They suggested this hospital....

Lakeside Health System -Obstetrics/Gynecology The Doctors Who Really Deliver.

The hospital is about 30-35 minutes away from me, but I think it will be WELL worth the travel time to be happy with my experience.

I am so excited to know MY doc will be the one delivering MY baby! Well unless the baby is born in the car because the hospital is sooo far

If you would like to see pictures of my sweet (but tiny) boy they can be viewed at www.caringbridge.org/visit/noahdarrohn they aren't the easiest pictures to look at but I am willing to share them with anyone who would like to see them <3
On August 2, 2012 we lost Sarah at 17 weeks. She was our 8th loss Her pictures can be viewed at http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/sarahdarrohn
There is no known explanation for my losses.

Woot! Well, welcome back then!

Every time before when I was preggie, the hospital was about that far away. I just lived rurally! (We're actually moving back there next month, too.) No worries.

Best wishes on the birth you're wanting this time!

Looks like you're only a few days behind me - I'm 8w2d, due 9.26 but will be induced 2 weeks early as usual I'm sure.

Well that's pretty cool, I've never seen a place guarantee your own doctor for delivery! Have you already met with him/her?

And...welcome back! My last pregnancy didn't end with NCB either but it made me more determined than ever. Hope you are able to get the experience you want this time around!

I chose a smaller more NCB friendly hospital that was a bit farther away when I had my daughter, it was about a half hour, and well worth it! Glad you had some luck.

Welcome back! Congrats on finding a doc and hospital in your area! I ended up choosing a midwife and hospital that was an hour away from us so that I could have my NCB in water and everything went just perfect. Good luck!
