I kind of want spaghetti, meatballs and garlic bread.

I crave chicken, but as soon as I look at it I want to throw up, so that makes meal planning very difficult!

tonight was grilled thick bone in pork chops, home made apple sauce, and garlic brussels sprouts. It wasn't my best work tonight.

Do you have a bread machine? Usually it has a dough-only setting so that it makes the dough in it, but take it out to cook. If you don't, I can get my mom's pizza crust recipe. When I was growing up every Saturday was pizza night and it was homemade.

Tonight for us it's cheese-filled rainbow ravioli with a cream sauce. DH isn't home tonight (I hope he isn't out getting arrested) so it's simple. Also a salad for me and carrot sticks for Tanith.

Sounds really good!

I have an easy crust recipe.

1 cup warm water
1 tbs yeast
2 tbs brown sugar
Let sit for 5 minutes
Then add
2.5 -3 cups flour (usually do half wheat, half regular)and a dash of salt (I use my electric mixer to mix it now, but I used to knead it)
Let rise for about an hour

Then I roll it out on a floured surface with a flour covered rolling pin. You can toss it if you want, too.

It's especially good for grilled pizza... yum.

I'm so lazy tonight, we're getting takeout pizza! I should have just made it at home .

Last night we had yummy pot roast, rice and corn bread casserole! It was sooo good! I love really tender pot roast!

Tonight... I'm at a loss. I'm trying to not go to the grocery store until Sunday. I have a coupon that is $7 off a purchase of $70+. Ugh... I am being very uncreative right now...

Any ideas? I have ground turkey and chicken breast. I also have premade meatballs...

we forgot this thread for a few days!

tonight we had Creamy lemon pasta (first time making it and it was super yummy and highly satisfying) and ratatouille, also my first time making it. So good!

I love meat free nights, try to do them at least 2 times a week

^^ That sounds awesome! I want a Cheryl recipe book.

We went the opposite of meat free and had turkey meatball sandwiches. I like doing vegetarian meals, but I'm at a loss usually, coming from a meat and potato kind of family.

I'm really at a loss for what to do about meals these days. I can't look at, cook, or eat any sort of meat, so that makes it REALLY hard. I also can't do anything with a cream sauce or that's very heavy. I'm thinking maybe some meatless lasagna tonight, but I'm a little worried about all the cheese...or having the energy to cook. I just know I'm sick of grilled cheese and chicken noodle soup (with out chicken)!

hmm probably left overs. I actually survived roasting and eating a turkey yesterday. Not sure if day 2 of trying to eat meat will work or not. Otherwise it may just be a potato.

I made an elaborate roast chicken Sunday night dinner last night, and I'm feeling tired and cranky today, so I think I'll probably take some spag sauce out of the freezer and just do that tonight.
