I'm 30w 5d and have had some pretty good period-like cramps the last couple of days. Is this ok? I also feel like I did in the first trimester - a little nauseous all the time since yesterday morning. Input?

i might want to be seen. When i had period like cramps, they effaced my cervix to 60% and dilated to 1cm. My braxton hicks don't feel anything like period cramps.

I don't think I've had any Braxton Hicks yet. These cramps are like a dull ache way down low that continue down my legs like when I had my period. I got them Friday morning and this afternoon. Each for about 20 mins.

I've never had anything radiate down my legs, but I did have some pretty powerful braxton hicks that often felt like period cramps from 28wks on. You might want to call your MW or OB just in case and see what they advise

I personally would just bring it up at my next appointment, but that's me. Trust your instincts, if it feels wrong them call!
