Are there natrual ways to keep your BP down at the end of pregnancy?

I've started to swell and my bp is was up to 140/90, i'm normally 96/60. (I check myself with a manual cuff at home)

I have an appt tomorrow, and i'm hoping to keep it down so my doc doesn't freak out. I'm already on bedrest... so i cant really rest more than i already am.

Protein! The Brewer's diet recommends 80-100 grams a day! That's alot, but they say it helps with BP and preventing pre-eclampsia.
If you have access to a pool or deep bathtub, soak and relax.

I've heard that drinking cucumber juice helps or at least eating a lot of cucumbers each day. I also heard that a bath in epsom salts help. Good luck with the doc tomorrow.
