I got this book from my Library's E-library for my mp3 player. I was wondering if anyone else had heard about it or listened to/read it.

Preparing for Childbirth
Guided Imagery Exercises to Ease Labor & Delivery

I am going to give it a try. I will have to let you know how it is.

Well, it relaxed me enough that I fell asleep before the first "exercise" was over. LOL
