I don't really lurk here often but wanted to get as much advice and tips before my second baby arrives. With my first i wanted to go natural but ended up having pitocin which through my whole birth plan out the window . It was my first time so i didn't know any better. Well after having that epidural which is great for some of it but its something i dont prefer. I dont like being tied down for two hours after baby is born. So i will go to extremes to avoid an epidural. I already have made a rice sock but looking for advice and tips from others who have done natural labors. I hear distractions are real good like watching tv. So should i bring my favorite dvd with me to the hospital or something. THanks for any advice in advance.
