What are your plans for Thanksgiving this week?

We are not doing the traditional big meal this year. My SIL has to work so we all decided to join her at work! She is a chef on a local cruise line that does tours of Lake Washington. So she will cook for all of us! lol It started snowing here today so I am really hoping it stays winter white for our dinner cruise!

We usually go to Virginia, but we're not going this year. I didn't want to travel that far (by plane or car!) this far into being pregnant. Plus, as it turns out, my dad's dog is having surgery, so he won't be going either. DH and his mom are still not speaking, and my BIL and SIL decided that they didn't feel like traveling with all the kids. Sooo....as it turns out, it'll be DH, my mom and I. We're doing Thanksgiving at our house, and my mom has offered to cook. DH is making a few of his specialties. We'll probably hang out, play games, and watch football. And my mom and I are heading to BRU Friday morning to get the glider I want!

That sounds like a lot of fun! I can't believe it's snowing? You should definitely post pictures! I love seeing snow, and I had a great time in the blizzard in NYC last December, but I am definitely thankful for the fact that it's 80+ degrees and I'm still running my AC!
