with hunter I took the prenatal from the get-go as well as calcium and magnesium (supposed to help prevent pre-e)
2nd trimester I added a low dose of probiotic
3rd trimester i upped my dosage of the probiotic to triple the recommendation and I also took garlic supplements and then when i hit 35w i started swallowing cloves of raw garlic
40+5 and counting

I've been taking a prenatal, DHA, iron, cranberry capsules, cayanne pepper extract ( when i feel i need it for circulation) and drinking pregnancy tea from TM (the kind that doesn't have a boat load of raspberry leafs in it, but enough to make a difference) I will probably start drinking straight raspberry tea when my midwife advises me to. (I think she said 38 weeks?)
