What kinds of supplements do you take during pregnancy? Prenatals, iron, vitamin d, fish oils, calcium? How long is your list?

I take a prenatal, calcium and magnesium, vitamin C and a probiotic

The only one I'm good about taking daily is the probiotic. I really think it helps with constipation so I do make sure I take that. The other ones I take when I remember

with brylie i only took a prenatal

with hunter I took the prenatal from the get-go as well as calcium and magnesium (supposed to help prevent pre-e)

2nd trimester I added a low dose of probiotic
3rd trimester i upped my dosage of the probiotic to triple the recommendation and I also took garlic supplements and then when i hit 35w i started swallowing cloves of raw garlic

Interesting! What do the garlic cloves do?

I am just taking a prenatal... never really thought I needed to take more.

I am taking a prenatal, and last week started EPO. Have been trying to remember to make RRL tea, but it's so hot I haven't yet.

With DD I took a prenatal, cal/mag, folic acid, vitamin C, fish oil/DHA, and then at 34 weeks added in EPO, and then from roughly 16 weeks on drank RRL tea

I do prenatal, iron supplement (hemaplex, its a multi but heavy on the iron), and I recently added vit d. I guess my blood levels were practically negative. Who knew... Seattle sucks.

I've been taking a prenatal, DHA, iron, cranberry capsules, cayanne pepper extract ( when i feel i need it for circulation) and drinking pregnancy tea from TM (the kind that doesn't have a boat load of raspberry leafs in it, but enough to make a difference) I will probably start drinking straight raspberry tea when my midwife advises me to. (I think she said 38 weeks?)

I take a prenatal, DHA/EPA, vitamin D and have just added iron.

I also take raw garlic as needed. I use it for yeast infections. It helps to natrually cure them, since I am allergic to the OTC creams.
