How is everyone?? Sorry if I have been a slow host these last few weeks. I feel like my household has been sick for weeks on end, once we get over it someone brings something else home.

I am getting so excited for the holidays coming up and of course that meas its Baby Time soon!! My EDD is Dec 30th so she can come right around Christmas or the New Year!

What do you ladies have going on in the next few weeks? Update on your pregnancy. Any new preggos lurking out there? How are your LO's? Any cute pics you want to share from Thanksgiving maybe?

I'm doing good. Nothing much going on. I started my Hypnobabies class two weeks ago and LOVE it so far. Other than that we're trying to get some projects done around the house before little miss arrives.

Things are great around here. I started to feel pregnant yesterday, lol. Not huge pregnant, but just poofy and nauseated. People at church were rubbing my belly, and it's all fat left over from last baby. It made me giggle.

Thanksgiving was fun. Here is a funny picture I made of my husband diving into the leaves with the kids on Thanksgiving.

I just made my first appointment for Dec. 30! I'm still really nervous but mostly I have a good feeling about this pregnancy especially now that the morning sickness has hit.

Kennedy had a good Thanksgiving, and we went to see Santa this weekend...too bad he was so grumpy, because he looked like the real deal. Here's some pics from the weekend.

Watching the Macy's Parade

So excited for dinner!

Showing off her outfit for Santa.

Really grumpy Santa....

Um...I resized all those pics. What the heck happened? lol

^^^Sometimes it takes Photobucket a bit to actually resize them... I always come back in a few hours or the next day and the pics are normal size. They look fine now to me!

Melissa, I love the name you picked out for your little girl! I really wanted my Kate to be Claire, but DH held fast for Kate. In the end I'm glad, but its still such a pretty name!!

We are stumped for a name for this baby. I think we have settled on Caroline Mackenzie or Karaline Mackenzie. I love the prettiness and classicness of Caroline, its just regal somehow. But Karaline is really cute as well, and fits in with our sibset better. It's more our family's "style". Maybe I will just tell her she can legally change the spelling one day and I won't be upset. I won't tell her until she is 25 of course... no 15 yr old dramatics!!

Everything is going good here. Thanksgiving was so-so. DH had to work that night so we did something with my parents for a few hours. We have our Christmas tree already put up. We do a tradition with DH's side of the family and long time family friends where we all go to a tree farm and chop down our own trees and then we go back to one of their houses and have chili and the kids play. It was fun. I have only my parents left on my list, and I know what they want just need to go get it.

Doing ok here. Overdue again with this one so just hiding out at home waiting for something to start. Thanksgiving was just our little family of 3 this year. I have done nothing christmasy yet but I think that has to do with the pregnancy.

Hi guys. I want to be a more regular poster here, so here I am.

Our thanksgiving was good, nothing too exciting really. I was going to post some pics of my son, but Photobucket on my phone isn't working right now. BOO!

This week is a slow week at work so far, so I may be on here a lot. I wish I could be at home with my son though. I miss him.

Pregnancy is going fine. Next appt is Dec 12 (24 week).

Feeling huge. Wishing I didn't have to go the doctor from here on out. I'm all pumped and excited and positive and then I go to the doctor and something throws up a flag. My belly is measuring like 4 weeks ahead. My baby only measured like a week ahead though. GD diet is going just fine. Weight gain is just fine. My BP is higher than normal which concerns me a little, but doc has said nothing. I'm going to slam my head against the wall if I have to have the "big baby" conversation every week for the next 5 weeks. I don't care! I can do it.

Good for you!

I am hanging out. 7dpo and desperately hoping for a BFP anytime now. I am having some really bizarre symptoms, including boobs that ache so bad and feel really full, so I am hopeful. I wanted to stay up and finish E's "Big sister" shirt (she would wear to tell DH), but I am just too exhausted and will probably crash when she does.

Thanksgiving was good and we hosted both families and then I did the Black Friday thing (LOVE Black Friday) and stood in line outside Kohl's for a cheap tablet (I was second in line! Crazy reached new levels this year). And then went to bed and had to get up at 5 and go to Home Depot to get mom's present to DH, lol. Glad I got my butt out of bed, because they only had 3!!

I am doing ok. The nausea has hit full force and I am not enjoying it. Although if a women truly enjoyed being nauseated they may have a problem. I have still been really nervous about this pregnancy, but so far so good. I have my first u/s on Friday. I am excited but not at the same time. A down fall of being high risk, my ob gives an early u/s and what not.

Jennifer I am so excited for you! And Kennedy looked adorable watching the parade!

I am stupid insane and have been testing since 5dpo. No symptoms today, I feel totally like myself. I've been saying all along I don't think this is our cycle. We'll see. 4 days left until AF.

Doing fine here. 16.5 weeks along with #3. Excited to hopefully find out gender on 12/15 at our anatomy scan.

Lily really wants to be at the birth (hospital birth this time) and DH and I are still discussing that. She's seen videos of babies being born and was supposed to be in the room when Vi was born, but because Vi was stuck and there were issues, we had her taken downstairs. She came in immediately after the birth and saw Vi still attached via cord, etc though. DH is worried she'll freak out though if she sees me give birth this time.

It's interesting that there is a difference in age. You would think older=better in terms of watching a birth. But having thinking about it recently... younger would be better just because I don't think they can put it in context. But then there is an age they can half put it in context, but maybe don't understand the enitre process and might get scared seeing their mommy in that situation.

We are talking about what to do with DS. Normally I think the kids not to be there, just for selfish reasons. I like the intimate moment with just DH and I. But DS has really expressed interest in being there when the baby is born. I don't think he really knows that that means, so we would have to prepare him a bit in advance. Anyway... we are still deciding...

We're getting settled in well as a family of 3 and seem to be getting into a really good routine the past month. We have our first family pictures this weekend, next weekend is Anna's birthday, and the weekend after is my family Christmas, and of course Christmas the following weekend, yay! My inlaws will be here Christmas day and staying for a week so we're excited to see them since it's been about 8 months since we have.

I already miss being pregnant (did I just say that? ) I still can't believe DH wants to be done having children, I already want to have another (not right now, but in the next few years anyway)!

Bethany, how old is your DS, I can't remember. Lily will be 3.5 when the baby is born. I know the hospital requires another adult besides the parents to be with any kids in case they freak out, and so that will depend on if my best friend can come, etc. I'm leaning to having her there, but I think DH is just worried about it. It's one thing to watch a YouTube video of a live birth and another to see her mommy do it, you know?

I'm doing much better now that I'm solidly into the second trimester. I was so miserable for the first trimester.

I still have no idea what we're going to end up doing with Kate while I'm in labor. We don't have family who is available overnight, and my labors go really quick so we don't have time to mess around.

He turned 4 in Sep. He is pretty sensitive, but at the same time really interested in how things work. He is totally excited for the new baby and really doesn't want to miss his sister being born. We were talking about when Kate was born and the poor boy burst into tears when I said I woke up him up after Kate was born to come meet her. He was sad that he missed it! That's when he said he wanted to be there when the baby is born. How can you say no to that?? But as I said I haven't prepared him at all yet...

I'm glad you are feeling better Natalie! We don't really know what we are going with our kids either. It's easy to fall into the "planned labor" when you have to coordinate older kids.
