Do you do either to strengthen your pelvic floor? Kegals or squats?

I probably don't put much effort into either, but the only time peeing seems to be an issue for me is when I'm pregnant. Do you do one over the other? What helped you decide what was more important?

Eh I don't do either specifically. I do a ton of squatting in general though, because I can't bend over and I have a toddler, heh. Same for me - the peeing when I sneeze thing has only happened while I'm actually pregnant, with the extra pressure sitting on my bladder. After I have a baby it's fine.

Kegels just because when I randomly think of it I can do them where ever whenever. Haha.

I did hypnobabies and they give you this little work out regime that you're supposed to do that included a bunch of kegals. I rarely did them though. I read some article somewhere that said squats were much better for your pelvic floor so I did squats every day (or tried to at least).

I do squats during my normal exercise routine. It helps my knees as I have mild arthritis (sp) in them.

Same here. Its like 120 kegels a week and I don't remember how many squats. How I get my squats in, is if I have to pick up something off the floor a squat instead of bending over.

If I went down into a squat right now, I don't think I'd make it back up again...

I do both. Never had an issue leaking urine while pregnant or not pregnant.
