For chilling out/quieting/stopping contractions.

I know there are some good drug free alternative, I remember seeing a list. But can't find it anymore.

If you are interested in Hypnobabies, they have a "Baby Stay In" track. I highly recommend Hypnobabies!

Looks very interesting.

I'm only 29 weeks, so LO needs to bake a bit longer.

Magnesium/calcium supplements worked for me after my car accident.

Wine also works for lots of folks.

Is the Mag/Cal a combo supp or would I have to buy them separately? How much does one start with?

I'm also looking into a place that will make a tincture or tea that helps "calms" contractions.

Thanks for the link, I did look it up.
It's not the right product for me at this time.
I'm 30 weeks and LO needs to bake longer before I bring on something like laboraide.

I think I'm gonna try the Mag/Cal combo, I just don't know how much I should be taking.

I've definitely heard magnesium helps.
Valerian root helped calm ME down for everything else!

For future reference; CALM makes a mag/cal combination supplement that works well. Take as directed on bottle (it is recommended that you start slow and work up to the full dose, otherwise you may get diarrhea). Also, always be sure to talk over supplements of any kind with your health care provider.
