What was your routine prior to birth and when did you start each?

I was told to start RRL tea around 15 weeks due to previous PPH but didn't get around to it until around 34 weeks and am now doing 2 teabags 3 times a day. I just started the EPO vaginally at 37 weeks, none orally. Around 34 weeks I also started liquid Chlorophyll, Alfalfa, and Nettles tea.

I am taking two Alfalfa tablets with each meal, and between 100-200mg of Chlorophyll a day. Taking them both to help with PP bleeding and mild anemia.

I started RRtea around 28 weeks and EPO orally around 32 weeks. I started it vaginally around 35/36 weeks. Some people say not to take it that early but it's not going to cause you to go into labor no matter what they say. It just helps prime your cervix for when your body is ready. I had my son at 38w5d.

I started RRL around 12 weeks... I was tested for GD at 11 weeks and found some articles about it lowering blood sugars so I started it then...

EPO I started at 34 weeks at 3000mg and then at 38 week went to 4000mg and my water broke that day I increased my dose, lol
