Well I am 38 weeks today.. as of my last appointment I was 1cm 0 effaced and -1 station. I can actually feel this little guys head! I am getting nervous about birth, having a newborn again while caring for a toddler.
I so want this birth to go well... I want to feel empowered by it and have an all natural birth. I just found out Friday, though, that the girl that was supposed to be my labor support hadn't though about me going into labor while she was at work, and can't gaurantee that her work will be able to let her leave I know I am going to need a cheerleader there with me, someone to support me and help me through besides my husband. He was great last time, but is very squeemish and will not be able to handle the messier sides of labor. I'm hoping that this little guy decides to come at night or this weekend!!!
Proud momma of 3 - 2 his and one ours
due with #4 in November, still nursing #3!
I love to blog, although I don't have much time for it recently... I will be back at it as soon as I can!
I hope it works out for you! Not sure if this helps, but the majority of people that I've known who've given birth naturally without intervention always went into labor in the night. Hopefully you do too!!
You've done a great job last time when you gave birth because of her and your husband, of course. I believe that you can still do it with your husband alone. Just be excited and look forward for that beautiful angel to come out! God bless!
Thanks ladies!! I know that a healthy baby and momma are the desired outcome - but I want the experience of it all. My mantra is "I can do this, my body was made for this" I have decided that affirmation will help me keep the jitters away.
10 days till EDD... I thought I would go early, but I don't think so now. I am so very excited to meet this little guy!!! I really can't wait to nurse a newbie again
