my bestfriend is 34 weeks along and he is still transverse. they've given her 2 weeks for him to turn and then they schedule a c-section. She had been hoping for an all natural vaginal birth so we're trying to help him turn. Her doctor wont perform a version so its down to us trying to do something if at all possible.

anyone have any exercises or something she can do?

Send her to www.spinningbabies.com and also get her to see a chiro asap!

There are some simple, painless, risk free things they can do to help encourage the baby to turn

Good luck

Lala...

a second opinion is definitily out because she has had the same doctor literally her whole life.. he was her mothers doctor and delivered her and her siblings. she is very phobic of new doctors and there is no way she could see a different doctor without having an anxiety attack.
I will tell her about the chiropractor, accupunture, etc

thanks to both of you
