I've been looking for a decent phone app that will let me track my diet, symptoms, etc. Most of the ones I've come across just want to tell me what fruit my baby resembles.
I downloaded one earlier that had a section allowing users to ask questions and receive responses from medical doctors. The "doctors" suggested things like asking a provider if they will induce early and even suggested one user shop around for a doctor that will perform an early elective unnecessary cesarean. (and I was all like WHAAAT??) They had nothing but drug options listed in a pain management section. I felt so turned off by the advice, I deleted the app.
Other than keeping a written journal, does anyone know of an easy portable way to keep up with things?
