Hi everyone, I am new to this forum. I was in the TTC my first child forum but had lost my password and haven't been as active. I just found out yesterday that we are pregnant with our first child! I had a blood test last Thurs. that was negative, so this was a happy surprise. We have been TTC for 4 months now and have been so upset each month nothing happened and had already begun to think something might be wrong, but apparently not! It's very strange because you want something for so long and then you get it and my husband and I both feel kind of stunned and shocked still. I think he is still processing it all, as am I.
Anyway, I subcribed to this forum because I am very interested in natural childbirth. Or as natural as I can be considering I have thrombophilia and have to be on blood thinners throughout. But I would love to meet you all and share this amazing experience with you!
~Kerry

Yes, we have names picked out and have had them for a couple years, but who knows things could change over the next 9 months. For a boy, we like Deacon and Rigby for a girl, they both have family origins which I like. I don't have any themes or plans quite yet. I'm nervous to get too excited too soon, so I'm trying to just soak it all in right now. And my hormones are off the wall. Any of you feeling like that too? I feel like I can cry in an instant, its ridiculous. My DH is probably going to lose his mind when its all said and done

My hormones weren't too bad actually. I'm surprised too as I'm normally a VERY emotinal person (Cancer sign here). Lovely names btw! I've never heard of Rigby for a girl....so cool! I love unique names, especially when they have significance like your names do!

Welcome. I'm pretty new too even though I've been around JM for quite a while in the June DDC. I wish you a happy and healthy pregnancy
