If not, what kind of exercising do you do?

There are aspects I embrace.. But I also ride a stationary bike. For the first time since being pregnant, I went to the pool this morning.. I did the aqua aerobics with the seniors. It was awesome. But the best part? My maternity swimsuit didn't fit that well ~ it was too big! So I'm going to wear my pre-mat swim suit next time!

I couldn't find a pg yoga routine that I liked. But I walked nearly every day (1-2 miles the day before my labor ) and swam in early pg before it got too cold.

I did some for awhile and really liked it, but Kelli had the DVD and I just stopped feeling like going anywhere! Soon we may start Pilates.

I have been going to start some prenatal yoga for a few weeks now , I can't buy a DVD or video right now but found an online course that I was going to try out for a while , and I am trying to walk but am just so tired that it's hard to do right now .
