Can anyone give me advice on whether or not I should add my temp data from yesterday? I ask because I had to get up 2 hours earlier then when I normally get up and take my temperature. I gives me a BIG dip b/c the temp was so low. If I don't add it, it gives me a dotted line from the day before to today. Is any temp, regardless of the time difference, worth adding?
I usually add mine in & make a note of it on the chart. If you use FF, they'll give you an open circle indicating the temp wasn't taken during normal time or circumstances. You can always discard the temp later if you want to.
I've got several days like that only it's because I end up waking up, not because I have to wake up. My alarm's set for 4:30 and it seems like I keep waking up at 3am, so I temp and log it as that and make a note of it in the notes section. I "usually" don't discard them unless I feel there is a really really good reason to do so.
