I have heard that Vitamin B6 can help lengthen your Luteal Phase...........Has anyone else heard of this?

I bought a bottle yesterday, and took the first one last night.

I was also wondering, if it does help, when should I have started taking it during my cycle?

Do you think that I started it soon enough or too late?

I think you would take it your whole cycle. but you can start it now.
you could also use progesterone cream ,I have used femgest in the past ( for pcos) and it seemed to work great. if you decide to use progesterone cream only start once ovulation is confirmed then if you do not get a BFP by 14dpo stop the cream and AF will show. when you do get a BFP you can continue using the progesterone cream during pregnancy to help prevent miscarriage.

Thanks for responding. I am going back to my doctor on June 27th. He said that if I am not pregnant by then, he is going to start me on clomid, so I'll ask him about the progest cream then.
