So what do you have planned to do this summer? Anything fun?




Only thing we have planned thus far is a weekend getaway next weekend to St. Louis. Cashing in the last of my free stays from my past life of traveling for work, and taking the Bug to the zoo. Then maybe later in the summer a camping trip or two.

That sounds like fun, can't wait to see some pics.

We have a week of vacay in July and another one in August when daycare is closed. For July, we're renting a 2 bedroom cabin in the mountains at a family type resort. Have not been there before, so not sure how it'll be. I'm hoping cooler, since it gets so miserable here in the summer. We originally wanted to go to Greece, but was way too expensive. Not sure yet what we'll do in August, may just stay at home.

We're going camping next weekend with a couple other families. We are really excited! I love camping!! I have a friend getting married in August and for her bachelorette party, we are getting a room in a fancy hotel in Bar Harbor, hitting the spa, and going out for a fancy meal...not to mention cocktails and tons of girl talk. It will be expensive but will also be a ton of fun and a much needed weekend of pampering. If I am pregnant, I will obviously have to forego the cocktails, but it'll still be a blast.
