Marie's post in the ChitChat thread about her 20th High School Reunion this weekend has got me thinking about high school.

What year did you finish high school?

Have you attended any reunions? (did you even want to?)

What year did you finish high school? 1991

Have you attended any reunions? (did you even want to?) I went to my 10 year reunion and this year is my *gasp* 20 year reunion. I can't believe it's been so long!

Did you go to your prom? My original prom date was a total dud so I decided to dump him and take one of my girl friends instead. We had a blast. Actually, we didn't even stay at the dance for long and ended up going to a party instead. It was a great night!

Have you kept in touch with anyone? I lost touch with a lot of high school friends when I moved away but then I moved back and have reconnected with some. I have also gotten in touch with even more thanks to Facebook.

What year did you finish high school? 1992

Have you attended any reunions? (did you even want to?) I heard about the 10 year one that was planned, but didn't go. I don't live close by anymore either (6+ hours away), and to be honest didn't have any desire to go to it either. My closest friends that I had in highschool weren't attending either, so that was another reason.

Did you go to your prom? I did actually go to my prom, both the junior & senior one. I'll have to see if I can dig out an old photo of that to scan. (hmmm, that'll have to be another post to see if everyone can dig out old party/prom/formal dance pics to share.

Have you kept in touch with anyone? I sporadically kept in touch with 1 person, and through Facebook now I've connected with more here & there. I never had that much in common with a lot of the people from highschool, especially when I married so soon after highschool (19 when I married the first time) and then moved away.

Pics of you "way back then" I thought I had 1 or 2 scanned into photobucket, but must not have done that yet. I'll see what I can dig up.

Have you attended any reunions? (did you even want to?) Nope..........don't plan on attending any. My graduating class had 30 people in it. I live in a small town and everyone pretty much went to college and moved back to our little town, or close by. If you want to keep up with anyone, you can usually run into them or their family in the local supermarket.

Did you go to your prom? Yes....Junior and Senior year.

Have you kept in touch with anyone? I have my best friend from high school...and she is still my best friend. She's the only one I stay in constant contact with.
