Hemotologist

hey girls - i usually post in the tTC w MA section, as i have been doing injectables w IUIs and will be doing IVF next, if i am not pg right now

anyway, i posted this elsewhere but being that we are older, and by older, i mean over 35, i am 37, fyi, i wanted to be pro active; i have had 2 chemicals, confirmed w betas; i have had chronic bleeding w periods and clotting , for as long as i can remember

to make sure that everything, well not everything, but, some things are ok, i sought out a hemotologist; he did not care that it was a chemical, it was still a very early miscarriage; anyway, i had 14 vials of blood drawn yesterday for different clotting mutations

i just wanted to share that because i have had the feeling that there is a reason why my husband and i have been trying for almost a year, using meds, tracking ovulation, etc, etc etc and supposedely there is nothing wrong

i would up in the ER a couple of weeks ago due to abnormal heavy bleeding w my period

anyway, maybe this will help one of you; i will have the results back in a week to two; even if nothing arises, ast least i know that i have ruled out one more thing

I am so sorry for your losses!! Hopefully you will get some answers soon and then you will get your BFP soon after!!

I am Dara (I will be 35 in December) DH is 38 and we have 1 DS named Trevor that is 19 months old.

HI Ali! Glad you came over here!! I'm anxious to here what your results are! Fortunately I have a doctor who I think has tested me for almost everything, and the things we haven't done we decided wouldn't change how we are proceeding.
