Okay girls. I need some opinions...Here's the delio...

I had AF on June 24th - 7/1 ( it was a bad one).

Then on 7/21 I started again...It had only been 3 weeks, but it wasn't bad and it was done by the next afternoon. When AF is on her way, I almost ALWAYS spot for 2-3 days before she appears. Nothing this time, not even cramps or cravings like usual. But it was gone like I said by the next afternoon and wasn't even really a lot.
I didn't start again. I am now on week 2 of waking up some mornings extremely hungry or a little queasy. The question is should I just wait until she is due again this month? I am supposed to be doing my Mini-IVF this coming cycle...what do you all think I should do?????

I'd be so confused too. I can't remember exactly what a mini-IVF is, but doesn't it need to start at the beginning of your cycle? or can it start anytime? AF being so short and off cycle for you is very strange, is there any chance at all that it could have been implantation and that you're actually pg? I know it seems impossible to even think it, but something just seems off. Have you asked the nurse/doc for advice? I'm so confused here for you. I hope someone else has some better thoughts. I had the exact same thoughts as Becky. It definitely seems very strange. I'm not familiar with mini-IVF (in fact, I've never heard of it and now I am off to Google it, lol) so I can't offer any advice there. Good luck! I hope you get things figured out!! Definitely keep us posted!!!

Have you tested at all?

It does sound confusing. I'd also call and ask do they want you to start things the first day of spotting (which I always consider CD1) or since you have several days of spotting before your actual flow starts, should you consider that CD1?

I had ovulation spotting like that a couple cycles ago. It was heavier than spotting, but lighter than AF, and it freaked me out.

Sounds to me like you should take a pregnancy test. The timing would be right for you to start getting nausea and whatnot.

So I caved finally because at work the last few days certain smells have been too overpowering (like B.O. and rotisserie chickens) but all I got was a BFN...so I guess not...oh well...maybe I'm just having a really crappy flu that is lasting a couple of weeks....

She was officially due this coming weekend, but yesterday I spotted a little bit. So I am pretty sure that I am out...But that's okay. Now I just need her to either come fully today or tomorrow or wait another 5 days because the timing wouldn't be good for the MET because DH is gonna be gone from Friday night until early early on morning of Labor day weekend and that would be just around the time of the retrieval and he would have to be here for his "part"...lol

So update....no MET for me...my insurance company won't cover the procedure because it is still experimental...that is just stupid I think. If you have a life max dollar for fertility treatments, then it should cover treatments....but anyways. So I told the nurse that I want to do a full fresh cycle. She is trying to get someone to ok the BCP because I guess I have to go on those for two weeks to get the ovaries to quiet down. But my doc is on vacation this week and I have to start them within the next 2 days since AF officially started today...So I guess I'm at the mercy of the doctors....as usual....
