Hi I am a newbie and would like to join this Forum

Hi Ladies

I would like to join this Forum as me and my DH have decided we are going to TTC our #1 together

Me: 42 with DS and DD from previous marriage, PCOS and miscarriages (I have had 5)
DP: 41 no children, tried with his ex with no success so he is not sure if he can conceive

This will be our 1st cycle trying

Not sure how successful we will be but we agreed we will just have fun TTC, hehehe.

I dont do BBT, and I am not on any meds, no idea what half the meds are for that I have seen on the forums. So I guess we are trying au naturale! I am currently on CD6.

Welcome Laura!
I'm Sam (40) DH is Jim (41), and we are currently expecting #2.
Neither of us had children previously, we had DS in Jan 2010. DH had also half heartedly tried with his ex, but he has no issues at all so it had to be her. My ex was completely sterile. We have delt with age related problems on my side- mainly egg quality. I have become pretty well versed on the meds so if you have any questions just ask!!

I dont think we will be able to conceive for a while as I am currently battling with cysts in both my ovaries, but I know when the time is right it will happen

I hope you and DH have a happy and healthy 9 months!!!!

I'm so glad you have joined! This is a great board and all the women here are really supportive! My name is Sarah and I'm 38 and TTC #1 after a loss in February. My BF has a 10 year old DD from a previous relationship and we are excited to (hopefully soon) have one of our own together. I'm so sorry for your losses! It is such a heartbreaking experience to go through! Good luck TTC and please let us know if you have any questions!

I'm Becky (37), DH is Tony (soon to be 38). We welcomed our 1st DS in May 2010 after dealing with fertility issues on both side, including PCOS. Alot of us here have used various M/A so if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. I look forward to getting to know you.
