Lara, I just wanted to let you know that I (and everyone else here, I'm sure) will be thinking about you tomorrow and sending you tons of hugs, thoughts, & prayers. I'm sure it will be an emotional appointment for you. Please know that we are all here to support you and you have a whole bunch of shoulders to cry on here! Give us an update when you can.

oh thank you so much everyone! in a fitting manner to this entire situation, I got a call from Dr's office early this AM that the u/s tech is out sick so my appt is moved to tomorrow just before lunch. I suppose after waiting through almost 3 weeks of this, one more day won't make a difference...but the irony wasn't lost on me
