Hi Ladies

15DPO today, but possible I am only 14DPO (the 2 days of +OPK's I had still has me a bit confused) Basically today is CD28 so AF is def due today and she just won't come. BFN this morning, but I expected that as I have absolutely no pg symptoms whatsoever.

QUESTION TIME, LOL

1) I have come across a few posts about B Vitamins extending LP. I changed my vits the beginning of this cycle. The pre-natal vits didn't agree with me at all, so I started this cycle with a Folic Acid forte which has higher B-Complex and Vit C. Is it possible AF is delayed because of the new vits? I really don't need to extend my LP, so not sure if I should change to soemthing else or just stay on them.

2) I am preparing a plan of action for this next cycle, whenever it decides to start, LOL. I have seen a few posts about honey to increase CM but I can't find them now. Pretty sure Sarah posted them. My CM is far from plentiful so I need all the help I can get. How much do I take and when? Any other advise on increasing CM?

3) I have my appt on the 28th. I believe I may have a progesterone deficiency. With DS and DD I had to have Progesterone injections the 1st trimester once pg were confirmed. Is there any way to naturally increase progesterone production?

Sorry post is so long. I do google like a mad person, but there is so much conflicting information that I feel way more comfortable asking the ladies here.

Thanks again!!!

I too am still awaiting AF (of course hoping she doesn't show). I'm on CD 32 but I think I'm about 13 DPO. No real symptoms accept cramping and boobs slightly tender. I think if AF doesn't show up over the weekend, then I'll test Monday. Sorry, I don't know anything about the vitamin thing, just wanted to share we're about in the same boat! Good Luck!!

Well Af arrived this morning, so at least I know where I stand. I really believe the folic acid forte extended my LP by the 2 days, unless I only ovulated 2 days after the +OPK. Really need to get the BBT in action so I can have more clarity.

Anywho, back to CD1

Yo_yo, GL with your test on Monday. Hoping AF stays away!

I don't have answers to to everything, but I can share a few tidbits.

Robitussin is good for CM. Or actually I think any decongestant.
I don't know how to naturally increase progesterone, but many pharmacy's do sell progesterone cream, which would get into your system with repeated use. I've heard this recommended before.

Sorry AF showed!

Sorry AF showed. ((hugs))

As far as multiple days of positive OPKs, that happened to me alot or I never got any positives, they don't always work for every woman in every cycle. I tracked my ovulation more by temping & checking my CM. I hope you can find the BBT, that was so helpful to me especially with my wonky cycles.

Increasing CM, drinking lots of fluids (mainly water) helped mine lots, I did the Robitussin that that worked, and I recommend you try to avoid antihistamine (allergy meds) those will dry you right up.

Progesterone - I had issues with that and have a short LP of 10/11 days. When we did our IUIs, I was on progesterone supplements until the negative bloodtest and when finally pg for the first trimester. The doc gave me pills to insert. I know other ladies here have used prog cream. If you're known to have the problems (you mentioned injections before) you may want to ask your doc if he/she would prescribe you some if you can't find the over the counter cream to use.

Good luck!!
