I am on a folic acid forte. So I get the folic acid with a good B-complex in it. I am hoping the B-Complex stretches my typically 12 day LP to 13 or 14 days.

I had a 14 day LP last month but I also had 2 very faint pos which makes me think I might have had a chemical, but not sure so not going to dwell on it. If I get a 14 day LP this month then maybe the B is helping the way I want it to.

Yes the B complex does help a lot of women with their LP, not to mention that the energy boost is always welcome, LOL.

I will bring the box with me to work tomorrow and scan the box so you can see what quantities of each vitamin there is in the one I take. The box actually has a design on the front with a sperm swimming to an egg, hahaha!

This is the back of the box, the front has that same design with the sperms swimming to the egg, the heart and the silhouette but much larger, LOL. These are under 1mg folic acid but I have read that 400 - 800 mcg are recommended pre-natal doses.

I guess I should throw in a disclaimer, LOL - I wasn't prescribed these, they are on the shelf with the preg vits my chemist sells. So I can't say if the B and C vit values are the recommended values.

These are made by a South African Pharmaceutical company, so I don't think you would find them overseas.

Wow that cool! I have never seen anything like over here. Over here in my experience folic acid is taken as normal part of ttcing My dr only prescribed the higher amount but never prescribed taking in general.
