I do not black friday shop. I had never even heard of t until I moved to NC. I need to get started but ugh!!

Started the chrismas shopping .but still a long way to go . Will go out mid week and so some more.but have the tree up lol .

Don't blame you, I remember it being a bit of a nightmare on black friday

Well started shopping end of last mth .the tree been up for over a wk .a lovely black tree lol .

We will decorate the 29, we always do. It is a way to "Turn the Date. The 29th would have been my exes 38 birthday, he was the father of my 2 oldest. It would make sadness in the house so to make it a day to look forward to we set up christmas

That's lovely . Makes it so much more special .good idea .brings smiles instead of tears .we light Chinese lantons on Christmas night for our loved ones that have pasted .its a happy time for us all.

Ya its nice to be done. got the tree up not putting gifts out until the day before.. this year.. poor kids are gonna hate it but it will be fun

Lol I bet kids will love it .well we still have father christmas coming on Christmas eve, so will have gifts hidden all over the place .will leave out a glass of sherry and mince pie for santa .and a carrot for the raindrear. And its funny how those raindears make foot prints in the icing sugar what is snow on the floor of course lol.what I put my older kids through for the younger ones . But I love it too .

Our schedules are crazy busy with work and social commitments right now, but I really want to get the tree up this weekend. So here is to hoping we can find some time to do it

We have 1 Christmas present bought so far, LOL, I guess it's a start
