Well have dh semen results all normal no action required . So good news one thing x of the list.but I'm feeling so useless ! Feeling that iv stopped being a woman . We been trying and trying to full pregnant and all we get is a bfn. I feel cheated that dh and I want have our own baby . I know its good that dh has swimmers . But it just brings it home to me that there is something wrong with me .that my eggs are to old I'm to old or something . So down and feeling sorry for myself . Sorry girls rant over .

Don't feel down! And you are NOT too old! My OB told me just this summer she delivered a healthy baby to a 50 yr old woman who conceived naturally and delivered naturally!

I wonder though, if the eggs we have don't last 24 hours. Has anyone been given information on this? Maybe we're working with a 12 or 15 hour window instead. So timing the BDing is SO important.

Here's what happened to us: We stopped trying in July. But in August, I said to DH "I'm ovulating tomorrow." So we DTD at like 3 AM and then again at 4 PM the next day. That was the ONLY time the whole month we DTD and we got pregnant. So I'm really starting to think that the window is really specific.

If you are O'ing the 25th, Try DTD everyday for 3 days prior, maybe even 2x a day!!!! Are you going to use OPKs this cycle? I never get a positive on mine, mostly just a light line (maybe the hormone that makes us ovulate gets less potent when we are older?) but out of all the "light" lines, I counted the darkest of them as positive (and it was no where near as dark as the control, much less darker).

I REALLY hope this is your cycle. FXd for you and I hope you get some quality BDing in the next few days!

You're not to old. You have Ellie and she is only three so you've got plenty of eggs. That is great DH SA came back good. Now you know you guys just have to keep trying and Bd, opk and chart and pray!
I understand how you feel though. I am old and when my younger DH SA came back bad I was kinda relieved it wasn't just me. That is terrible to say but it was true. It was like we were in it together that he had issue and mine is that I am old. If his would have came back normal I would feel the same way you do. You’ve had multiple pregnancies to prove nothing is wrong with you. You’ll have another. Just keep it up.

I think Leia might be right. I don't think we necessarily get a whole 24 hours to get preggers when we O. Try bday mornin and night when you think it's O.

I am happy that your dh sa came back good. Keep up with the charting and all you're doing hon, your bfp has to happen soon

Sorry I'm late to respond...busy day yesterday!!!

Geritol is a megavitamin/tonic that does wonders for the body. I've been told "there's a baby in every bottle". I had my niece try it and her little girl just turned one!

She drank the tonic before we found the vitamins in pill form. I don't think it matters which you choose....

Good luck!!!
Hugs from Houston!

I was 37 when we conceived Katie. We had tried for 9 months and were going for an infertility visit when I ended up getting pregnant without any medical assistance. Strangely enough, it was the month we just said "if it happens, it happens, if not, we will seek medical assistance" when we hit the baby jackpot so to speak.

I know what you mean about how the good news on SA still made you feel crummy. Don't let it though. You're both in this together and there is no one to blame. Be grateful his SA is good so you guys still have a chance.

It will happen.

thanks girls you do keep me going . i will def look up those meds, as im not giving up till i hit the baby jackpot too lol , a bit of a up date , yesterday was a good day for news so im gonna share .

a few mths back i went to a private doc, had a scan done eggs looked good so did my lining .he wanted to run some bloods etc.but due to the costs i couldnt have tests done . this doctor gave me the scrip for the bloods to show my gp to see if he would do them ,

went to the gp yesterday and his agreed to do the rest of the bloods (his already done some of them ) he is also going to write to this private doctor to see if he will take me on as a nhs client .as in the uk you either go on nhs or pay yourself ,normaly the nhs wont even look at me cause of my age and the fact i have kids , so fingers x this doctor may take me on. they can and do sometimes ,

im also on day 10 whoop whoop nearer to o time ,
