I put on around 7-8 pounds since I've started TTC & am working on losing it now. I stress eat & since TTC stresses me out...Still I'm trying to be more focused for the next month, especially since my birthday is coming up.
If I waited to get all this extra weight off me, I'd be close to 45. I have lost about 25 lbs and that's just from not eating after everyone goes to bed. Late night snacking sure stacked on the weight for me.

Ditto here. DH and I enjoy treats while we unwind at the end of the evening. I nixed them after our second loss and I gained 7 lbs. But it started coming off the last few weeks. 40 lbs is alot to ask. That would put me back to pre- 30 yr old weight. Even if I lost 25 lbs, that would put me into a healthy category.
Since I've lost 4 lbs already, does that mean I only have to lose 21 lbs now?
