Yes please, please, pleaseee let this be the month of bfp's!

Sherry

No real nickname but Sher or Sher-bear seems to happen often!

Cycle #13

I have 3 biological children and 3 stepchildren (all btw ages 7 thru 20)

This cycle I am taking flax seed oil and using a clearblue digi opk. Fingers crossed once again!

We usually bd 3-4 times a week, regardless of where I am in my cycle. And especially since I'm not always 100% when I O. I do try to "ensure" it happens when I think its a day before until a day after.
Haven't had an opk in months so I've been guessing but not the next few cycles! It's on! I need all the help I can get, lol!

Nae

16/17 not sure at this point

2 boys 7 and 8

Always depends on DH libido but iI would prefer every day if not EOD. This past cycle not once in my fertile window. Awesome.

Having a great time on vacation. DH is golfing and he took my youngest. I'm taking my oldest shopping but bribing him with Lego's so he doesn't whine and complain.

Hope all is well with you Ladies. I'll start posting more once I finally get back from vacation. It's too hard to read the post/threads since my connection blows.

I'm vacationing family in the midwest. I love it out here! We went to the sweet corn festival today. So much fun. All you can eat free corn, rides, games, kids tricycle races, 5K, etc.

What kind of fun traditions do you have in your towns?

Wendy, that sounds really nice! Enjoy ur time out there! I've never been.

Trinny, welcome!

I'm on cycle day 22, using my opk since day 14 and still getting negs! Grrrr
I was hoping for a shorter cycle like last time but maybe not :/
It has to turn to a smiley face soon, its drivin me nuts! I'm using the regular cb digi this time, not the advanced. Walmart didn't have the other so whatever, I like using this one better for some reason anyway, lol

Got my daughter's back to school shopping done today + an outfit for the 1st day. She's staying with my mom tonight as well as my oldest (he has a car now *gulp*...just got him & the car on the insurance today as well)

Dh and I helped my brother work in his yard today, dh washed his car and now we're gonna order some wings, then watch football at 7 this evening. 1st preseason game, I'm excited!
He's a Browns fan, I'm Steelers...it gets interesting around here during football season! Hahaha

Sounds busy Sherry, I'm mostly done with DD's back to school shopping. We could buy a couple more shirts but I'm not sweating it. I was done back in July. I find better deals then.

Leia--I've been praying for you. I know these last two weeks have been horrible for you. We are here for you, friend

Rae--someday, I'm going to grow up and be as motivated as you...but, I should probably buy a bike first

Sherry--I'm soooo frustrated for you!! Hopefully you will O any day now!

Sheila--when does hubby come home?

Renee--sooo glad you had a great vacation...you deserved it

As for all you mom as with school age kids, WHERE did the summer go?? I can't believe it's that time again for the kids to head back to school!!

AFM--I'm hanging in there. Sometimes it seems like time is flying by, and others not so much. I'll be 17 weeks on Wednesday. We've started picking things out for her. We bought the crib and dresser, because they were running a sale. It came in this week, but I won't let DH pick it up from babies r us until after the 20 week anatomy scan. I'm not superstitious, but I just can't bring anything home until after that scan. If for some reason it shows something horrible, I just couldn't bear to deal with it being at the house. He's antsy...but, he's smart enough to listen to me, lol.

You know my deep desire for a child. A little one to love and to hold, to care for,
to cherish. Grant that my body may conceive and give birth to a beautiful, healthy baby in Your holy image.
Guide me in all my choices so that this conception, my pregnancy and my baby's birth are in line with Your will. Heavenly Father and Holy Mother, hear this prayer of my heart, mind and spirit.
Amen.
