After making a blinky and after you merge the text .....

change your brush to "assorted" brushes to the "crosshatch "

with your color set on white....



use the brush to add white x's with the crosshatch brush in different places on each layer

and animate like regular...

u should have this...

I combined a few lessons since I have been a little behind since I switched over to elements. This really is a great program!

Mr. Mouse is one of my furbabbies BTW!

Elements is a great program for the money. I think I am going to get it when I get a new computer at home...cause I can't afford photoshop.
