click layers on the top tool bar, then new layers group
and click ok
**click on raster layer 1**
make sure you click on raster layer 1 first so the new layer will be under the group
click layers again, new raster layer
Click on the paint bucket tool (see in pic) and choose a color (see in pic) and fill raster layer 1 & 2
click on image , grid ... this will make a grid on your layers
you may need to set your grid to do this..
click on image, grid, guide and snap prop.
set to 1 pixel in all 4 boxes (See in pic)
close the eye on layer 2 by click on the eye, it should now have a red circle with a slash on it (see in pic)
change your color in the color box
select the brush tool and set it on 1 pixel
**zoom all the way in**
fill in 5 blocks over and four down (see in pic) skip 5 and repeat... do this all the way around...
(you can do different amounts of blocks you can play around with this... just keep them the same amount)
*the blinky is zoomed in to 5000% in the screen shot*
after you have done this all the way around repeat this one layer 2 starting the blocks with pink instead of black
turn of grid
select the text tool
right click on the text layer and duplicate
make sure the only eyes open are layer 1 and text layer 1 , right click and merge, merge visible
close the eyes
open the eyes on layer 2 and text layer 2
right click merge visible
you should now have...
file, save, save as blinky.psp
now you can open up your animation program and blink it!
