My sister had a very complicated pregnancy. She was high risk and had preterm labor from her 3rd month. The doctor had put her on bed rest for the rest of the pregnancy, which she hated. Slowly her belly grew and then she looked like she was not growing. Well the week she had my nephew her belly got huge! My nephew was born at 35 weeks, 5 lbs 1oz and 16 1/2 inches long. Born October 16, 2006 1:59 pm. My sister had me in the room during the birth and my mom was there too. My mom's job was to hold her hand and encourage her, i got to hold a leg! I can tell you right now, childbirth is the grossest yet most beautiful thing I have ever seen. When Baby Keaghan was finally here and we all heard that first cry, it was nothing but water works. My sister did not get a chance to hold him and he was rushed of to NICU to be looked at. He was in the hospital for a week and then could come home. He was so tiny! I was afraid to hold him. Well now kman is 19 months and weighs 25 lbs and is 33 inches long. He is tall and skinny. And that boy is the love of my life, he sees me he starts screaming "MiMi, MiMi", and my sister says he yells for me all the time.
Well thats my little story to share. When I finally become preggers and go through childbirth I will definitly share my story with you girls!
