I'm not really sure how to do this? I'm 18 and I think I might have had a miscarriage, but I really don't wanna go to the doctor, because I'm trying to avoid getting put in the hospital for tests again. I wasn't thinking anything of it till it occurred to me my last period was mid may. I think I would be about 5 or 6 weeks. I started craving stuff and a bunch of smells started making me nauseous or sick. I was sleeping alot. Then recently I started hurting really bad all over and getting cold sweats. I hurt on the left side of my lower abdomen , my lower back, and around my upper thighs around my butt. I've been passing some tissue clot things that are kinda bloody but have a gray pinkish look. Do you think I had a miscarriage?

Sounds to me like you may have. I'm so sorry! I'm pretty new to this board so I may be wrong but being that early you may not have to see a dr... the m/c may be able to happen naturally without help but if you are or start having too much pain please get yourself to a dr. I know hospitals aren't fun but sometimes they're necessary, kwim?

I had my m/c a lot farther along than you did (I was 11 wks 3 days) & had to go to the hospital b/c I was in tremendous pain. My dr said that when you are that far along typically you need medical assistance b/c often times things get stuck & don't m/c properly.... that's what happened to me. I still had conception items in my uterus that they had to remove with a D&C.

HTH!

Yeah...thanks.
It wouldn't be my first miscarriage, but my first one wasn't this bad and I was further along then this. I was somewhere around 8 or 9 weeks. Thats why I'm confused.
