I had some mild bleeding (quite a lot of pink watery discharge) for like 5 hours. I went to the ER and they told me it was most likely a threatened abortion and that I would be 6 weeks along based on my HCG level. That is the ONLY test they did. I continued to have a little bit of so-called bleeding but nothing extremely heavy. The doc told me that if it was an abortion I was to expect HEAVY bleeding. I also did not have ANY cramping, vomiting, or nausea during this whole time. I am now 4 days out and have stopped bleeding. I have not been able to schedule an appt at either my reg doc's or an OB/GYN because of LAME SCHEDULING and not being able to be fit in for an appt to get another HCG level...in anyone's honest opinion, did I miscarry? I personally don't know. I didn't know I was pregnant to start with so I don't feel any differently and I heard that some women do bleed during their pregnancies and that it's perfectly normal and they go on to have healthy children.... ANY HELP, tips, opinions, ideas??? Thanks!!

It sounds like you may have had some mild bleeding but def no miscarriage. I would call your OB & demand that you be checked OR get a new one. I am sorry you are having to deal w/ some incompetent people. I hope this does not end in a m/c. We don't need anymore new members although we always welcome you w/ open arms.

You will be in my thoughts & prayers.

I had a m/c 2 months ago i was 6 weeks preg and i only spotted for the first 3 days then got heavier (but was only like a very light period) never had a really heavy bleed, and it was pinky colour i never had any cramping, i bled for 5 days but it never. Went to A and E and they confirmed my worst nightmare.

Hope this helps.

You are in my prayers.
