1 Go to file and open the pic you want
2 Go to layer and click on duplicate layer (a box will come up click OK)
3 Go to Enhance and click on convert to black and white (another little box will come up click OK)
4 Next click on the eraser tool
5 Start erasing where you want color.. You may want to zoom in alittle to do this

The only problem I am having is for some reason it's not erasing on the eyes?? Is there any particular eraser tool to use (background, magic or just regular)?

No just the regular eraser.. I have noticed if it is brown eyes they tend not to do as good
