Hi ladies, I have been posting on the other BB so some of you know me I will be joining you as soon as af shows!

It just seen this BB tonight is more suited to my situation I am sad to say I am curently waiting on first af after 5th m/c ( 7 babies lost) and 5 weeks post d&c today. I wont get into details as most of you have read it by now.

I am trying so hard to be patient and wait for af but I find it getting harder everyday just sitting in limbo BUT I know my body is doing what it needs to do to heal and get ready to cycle again. I cant wait to ttc.
I will lurk a bit till I am acualy able to ttc and get to know you ladies.

Yay, glad you found the subforum! No need to lurk, just jump right in. I won't be ttc again (DH got fixed), but I still hang out in here to cheer the others on. In fact, several of our recent grads (i.e., ladies who just had their babies) hung out over here to discuss things to do in preparation for ttc. So even though you're waiting for AF, you're more than welcome to participate in here.

Is there anything we can do to prepare for ttcing? Other then avoid toxins (personal/enviermental) ect. Look after health in general thro lifestyle. Take all you vites. I am on 5 mg folic

I am willing to explore other options that I may not be aware of.
