Was just wondering how you manage your fertility while TTC?
Do you chart? Use OPK like they are going out of style? Have one of those cool monitors? Or just go for broke and try to bd DH any chance you get?
When we were TTC our 1st I was a go for broke girl and charted here and there...that was a lot of work! After the loss I got more serious about charting. I love it! It tells me a lot about my body. We got DD by charting DS was a suprise and now we are charting TTC #3 *fingers crossed*
When we were ttc our first pregnancy it was bd every 3rd day all month long and the only thing I kept track of was af. When we were ttc our son it was bd every 3rd day all month long and I only kept track of af. I took guesses of when I would ovulate. When we were ttc our 3rd pregnancy it was bd every 2nd day and I had a better idea of when I ovulated just by paying attention to the signs my body was giving me. Now that we are ttc our 4th pregnancy I have been temping, using digital ovulation tests, paying attention to symptoms and we have been bd'ing every 2nd day all month long. Oh when I say all month long I mean we start bd'ing when af leaves and stop when she shows up again.
Patricia, wife to Chris and mom to Dominick with baby boy #2 due this summer! Forever missing my two little angels.
Our DS was a surprise. With DD, I would just pay attention to when I thought I would O (which was usually on CD 14, so not hard to keep track of). With this p/g, we were NTNP and I said that I may have O'd the day we DTD, but I wasn't sure because it was kind of early (was just going by the CM). So, no methods of really keeping track here!
