I should have gotten crosshairs on ff by now but my temp keeps going up and then going down. I haven't ovulated I guess... What causes someone to not ovulate? I've never known myself to have this problem before. As if it's not hard enough to get pregnant now I think I don't ovulate all the time...

I hear things like stress can cause you to not ovulate... it's probably a one time thing.... I skipped ovulation once a few years ago, but I haven't had a problem since...

Well I guess I may have ovulated. Dotted crosshairs for cd 16 which is a couple days later than usual. Next cycle I'll either use opks again or chart cm.

Just checked out your chart and it does look like you justed O'd. Maybe this month your cycle is just off a little. I would really suggest charting your CM! You can tell so much by it.

Do you mean just o'd as in day 18 or day 16 like ff is guessing? I am starting to chart my cm... haven't quite got the hang of it yet.

Well you have had 3 days, so far, of elevated temps above your baseline. So if you have another high temp tomorrow then I would say you O'd right about the 16th like FF say's...but that is only if you get that 4th high temp.

Charting your CM is pretty easy..but a little gross. *TMI* You will have a CM patteren of AF, dry, wet, EW stretchy, creamy not stretchy, dry, AF through the month. When your CM is EW (eggwhite) stretchy that is when you are most fertile. And the stretchier it is the better.

Have you been to the NFP/FAM board yet? Lots and lots of good resources there!

I haven't been there yet, I'll have to drop in I just picked up a copy of taking charge of your fertility this weekend and it is teaching me what I should be doing but it would be good to get rel life opinions and advice.
