I called the doctor. I'm a week late (and I'm NEVER late) so I called and went in today for lab work. The labs were negative. So I made an appointment to speak to an actual doctor. For the past week, I've also been having some pain around my left tube/ovary so I am a little concerned. While there I have to get the ball rolling for fertility testing.

Well, she showed today. I'm still having some pain so I'm thinking another large cyst. (I used to get them monthly.) I will bring this up with the doctor on Thursday.

When I had my m/c, the u/s showed a cyst and I am curious did they say when you had a cyst every month that it would have caused any of your m/c? I'm new to the idea of cysts and reasons for m/c so I'm sorry for possibly odd questions.

I don't think the cyst caused my miscarriages. I am curious as to what is causing to have recurring LARGE cysts. (I've had then get so big you could feel them on the outside.) My cysts have ruptured causing me to miss work in the past. They have also (on numerous occasions) been so painful that I have gone to the hospital.

Sorry this was not your month I was really hoping it would have been.

And Ouch Ouch Ouch on the cyst. I think I had one this month and last so I literally feel your pain!!!

Hopefully the doctor's appointment will go well and you will get some testing done.

But just remember even if you are perfectly healthy and in your prime and DH is prefectly healthy and in his prime and you dtd at the right time of the month you still only have a 25% chance of getting pg...per my NFP book (the art of natural family planning).

Yeah I have also read about the 25% chance of getting pregnant each month. That can kind of seem frustrating at times.
