Has anyone lost weight or started exercising and then conceived their rainbow baby?

I just wonder if my new path is meant to make me healthier in order to have a healthy pregnancy. Just a curiosity thing. Thanks for sharing your stories.

I actually did lose a significant amount of weight before I got pregnant with Grace. When DH deployed I lost close to 30 lbs and was in the best shape of my life. I never thought that it might be related, but I wasn't ever really overweight to begin with. I say, it certainly can't hurt!

I haven't had a rainbow baby yet, but I have lost around 20lbs in the last 3 months since my miscarriage...I got lazy with the walking I was doing, but i'm still eating so much better than I was...I hope it works!!! GL Jess

Thanks ladies. If I make my goal I will be about 38 pounds lighter. I am/was overweight for my height. I will also be in great shape so maybe that will make a difference. Or I won't want to get fat again haha.
Megan that is great you are doing so well with your weightloss. Keep at it girl!
