I normally have a 28 to 29 day cycle. The last cycle I was 5 days late but I knew for sure there was no way that I could be pg because we used protection. Well, this cycle I've had alot of what I think were just pre-menstrual cramps but now I'm worried and confused. I did take one test on sunday with fmu, bfn, and then one on tuesday in the afternoon, bfn. So I told myself ok, there is no way that I could be pg. As much as I hate to admit this but we only bd'ed 2x this month , once on cd 16 and then I think again on cd 20. I normally O between CD 15 and cd 17. So now I have all of these crazy thoughts running through my head. I keep having mild cramps but they are different from the way I cramped the last two times when I was pg. These cramps are not intense and they are concentrated in one area. I'm just terrified to test. The last time I got my bfp's very late and I knew what the outcome was going to be before it happened. There's just a part of me that thinks that if I'm having another chem pg, that if I don't test, eventually af will come and I won't have to face it or deal with it because I won't have to look at an bfp hpt. Am I crazy for thinking this? I'm normally a POASoholic but this time I can't get myself to do it. I'm really worried and I just had to get this off my chest.

I don't know how many times I posted that exact same thing. Denial can be a good friend. However, I finally realized that whether or not I tested, if things went wrong I was gonna know the difference between a regular AF and a loss.

You said you were 5 days later than usual last cycle. I suggest waiting and if AF isn't here by Monday, test with fmu.

I'm very happy to report that AF finally made her appearance today. Now I just have to get back into the swing of charting/temping

I'm glad she showed up so you can move on the next cycle. Good luck with the charting and temping. This one is the first cycle that I did those and I feel like I have a much better handle on what's going on with my body.
