Do you think waiting one cycle will be enough? I had tons of labs done and they should be back next week. Also they dr said to wait one cycle and have my period and then make an appt and have the HSG test done. My question about this is why do the do it for recurrent losses? Usually its done to see if tubes are blocked.

they do hsg's for other things...to check to make sure the uterus is normal. i also believe they check for fibroids too.

HSG can spot uterine abnormalities and fibroids like Tracey said. The reason for my 6 consecutive losses was due to a uterine septum which is one of the things they can determine with an HSG. It is very important that you make sure to use protection if you and DH DTD due to the fact that they will be dilating your cervix and injecting dye into your uterus. If you get pg and don't know about it you will absolutely lose that baby.

they do a beta test before they do the HSG. I just hope that it doesn't take them to long and they can figure out whats going on. I'm hoping that it is just something with my hormones after being on depo.
