she went over all of my past test results before coming into see me, just to make sure nothing was missed. i really like her. but anyways she said that we will start out with clomid again, this time add the progesterone suppositories after o'ing, take baby aspirin, if/when there is a h/b switch to lovenox. she said we will try this a couple of months.
then she said that we could think about doing injectables which she said when i ovulate i would have more eggs and hopefully i would end up with one taking.....these weren't her exact words. she said there would be alot more monitoring and testing and that the risk for multiples is higher and the risk of ovarian hyperstimulation is higher...i don't think she really wants to go this route since i do ovulate on my own and i can get pregnant...but she doesn't know what else to do/try. she said with my span of m/c's the reasons for them happening are all so different.
I have yet to see the doctor for my testing. So I can only imagine how you must be feeling. How many m/c have you had? I was wondering if they would react the same way towards me, with my history. It's just all over the place!
I really hope you get some answers and get on a course of action that will provide a healthy and successful pregnancy for you. At the least, great thing you love your doctor! Now lets hope she can get you some real answers.
Currently on a TTC Break due to 3 lost pregnancies. Planning to get back in the game in Aug 2008 after a (hopefully) great summer break with the family.
i have had 6 m/c's...i first had my two living children and then something went haywire
my first loss was at 16 weeks, my water broke at 14. then i had 2 chemical pregnancies, then i had another loss at 17 weeks, baby had no h/b, 5th loss was a blighted ovum and my last one was a chemical pregnancy. if i thought for a second that another dr would be of any help i would go for a second opinion, but from all of the reading i have done, i kinda know that it is all a guess and i will probably never get an answer. i just hope one of them decides to stick one of these days.
