Heya Ladies,

It really is the small milestones that are helping me through the seemingly SLOW 40 weeks of pregnancy.

On Friday I went for the last part of my integrated screen... they got the last blood work they needed... I aksed the nurse about when I'd hear, who to expect to call, etc.

Yesterday I kept my cell on vibrate in my desk at school.. and when I heard it go off.. I looked at the flashing phone number and it was the office. It was 15 minutes before my class was due to go out to recess, but I said "Ok guys! Drop the math sheet it's a bit challenging -- let's go out and get some fresh air!"

Took them outside and told the 4th grade teacher (who was already outside) that I had to make a phone call... ran inside the office and called back.

The nurse said that everything was "normal," "good," and "negative." I burst into tears right there on the spot. She said we needn't go through any other testing for Baby W.

A small milestone to help me through until the 27th (gender ultrasound).

Love good news! Glad baby's doing well! (I'm sure your class enjoyed early recess too!)

Thanks so much ladies!

Now I have to get through ONE week without hearing or seeing baby's heartbeat-- BUT on the 27th (ONE WEEK) we have another u/s scheduled and we might find out baby's sex.

16 weeks!? Awesome! I will pray that the little guy or gal has their legs spread eagle for us!

Really.. I know my anxiety level will drop significantly once we see baby move and that little heart flutter away!

I'm sure you will too. Yep, we had a 16 week U/S to confirm she was ok, since that's when we lost Sophie and they said she was definitely all girl. It was confirmed at my 20 week U/S. I'd say the chances are good.
