DH and I are trying to figure out if we really want to go through lovenox injections to try for our own child or just move onto adoption. I was recently dx'd with MTHFR hetero, APS, low progesterone, and premature ovarian failure. Also i don't ovulate on my own. One question that keeps coming up for us is: how many people do the lovenox and still miscarry?

I'm not sure. I do know several women that have gotten their rainbows because of Lovenox though. I would suggest trying it this cycle (after all you've already paid for it) and then deciding if you want to continue (assuming you don't conceive this month).
