which are low in cholesterol, don't involve dairy food, and are vegetarian or involve only fish...and not too much hammering quorn meats either because if I have too much of it I seem to come out in spots!
I'm SO BORED of sandwiches at work!! ugh!
We do have a microwave here but realistically, we only get half an hour lunch break, and there's often a queue for the microwave, so really they need to be cold food ideas. I feel so limited!
What about.... Salad wraps? Instead of ckn cesar salad wraps make a salad wrap, those are pretty tasty. Um, I'll try to post more as I think because I'm trying to take healthier things to lunch. Right now I'm on a ramen ckn picante kick..
