bowl of fruit:
peaches, strawberries, mangoes, pineapple (those come in a mixed frozen bag from Walmart ), avacado, & banana. Sprinkled on chia seeds, topped with coconut milk.
all in a frying pan on low heat cooked in leftover bacon fat - you basically want the veggies just heated but not soft:
3 eggs over very easy
seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic granules
blackberries, cherries, strawberries, blueberries, avacado, banana, nuts, and chia seeds topped with coconut milk + 2 slices of bacon tucked in there.
Lunch - busy day, just munched on the bacon I cooked last night (for a snack!! ) Plus chocolate, i had it up on the shelf above my monitor and I was trying to get something off the shelf and the chocolate fell into my hands, really, I swear . . .
Supper - leftover night for everybody but me DH had salmon with rice, Kaiden had chicken with vegetables, and I had:
(cooked in bacon fat) spinach, radish, anise bulb, mushroom, shrimp. Then add shredded coconut, lemon juice, garlic, lemon pepper, and regular pepper. Served over a bed of romaine lettuce and sliced almonds. Normally I put in onions, but I'm all out ATM and wondered what the sweet anise would taste like in there. Not bad, but better with onion instead
