We got our first order from our veg man this week.

I have to say, they really were superior quality veggies. Even the sprouts were nice! The mushrooms and tomatoes in particular had a meatier, fresher flavour...and the fruit is gorgeous. The apples taste like sweets, frangipane or something!!

We're definitely going to keep up the order, we just need to get the amounts right really.

I think seasonal/organic/local produce is a really good way to go, not just from an eco and healthy eating point of view but it's supposedly good for the economy and also they taste amazing!

Can't wait for our garden again next year. I need to learn to can so we have some in the winter too!
